Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Relationship Advisor, you will:
  • Provide an advisor-centric experience that cultivates strong connections to promote loyalty and satisfaction with essential distribution partners.
  • Act as the advisor's primary contact, overseeing comprehensive service delivery and developing a strategic service plan or roadmap for their client portfolio to optimize business efficiency.
  • Support retention and growth by equipping advisors and their teams with resources, tools, and training, becoming a reliable business ally through dedicated service delivery.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in the retirement plan sector, including participant recordkeeping, compliance, consulting, and relationship management.
  • Advanced knowledge of business units and familiarity with company products and services.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, interpersonal, technical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A strong grasp of the marketplace, including employers, employees, and intermediaries, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project management experience, with the capacity to oversee multiple complex initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight stays (approximately 10%).
Licensing Requirements:

Licensing will be necessary based on state/federal regulations and/or company policy. The following licenses must be obtained within 5 months of employment:
  • Successful registration as an Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Limited Representative (FINRA Series 6 or equivalent and FINRA Series 63).
  • Resident Life and Health appointment.
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary ranges reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales roles may participate in a bonus program, while sales positions are eligible for sales incentives and potential bonuses, allowing total compensation to significantly exceed base salary based on individual performance.

Time Off:

We offer a Flexible Time Off (FTO) program for salaried employees, allowing paid time away from work for vacation, personal matters, or short-term illness without accruing a specific bank of time off.

Work Environment:

This position supports in-office, hybrid, and remote work arrangements. You will collaborate with your supervisor to determine the best option based on various factors.
