Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Client Director to join our team at CDS Global. As a key member of our client management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their business needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Client Director in managing the CDS Global relationship and satisfaction of one or more clients.
  • Monitor account activities to ensure CDS Global procedures support contract provisions and client intent.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of clients' philosophies, policies, and marketing strategies.
  • Strategize, consult, and collaborate with clients to understand client needs, requirements, and opportunities to promote CDS Global solutions.
  • Market and promote company solutions to clients to promote additional business and contract renewals.
  • Ensure that client needs are satisfactorily met by collaborating and partnering with client and appropriate business units of CDS Global.
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of fulfillment business from client perspective.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the appropriate fulfillment system(s), CDS Global policies, and operational capabilities to effectively manage the client's business.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of CDS Global products and solutions. Consult and advise clients on optimization of CDS Global products and solutions as they relate to their business needs.
  • Coordinate departmental and inter-company services to ensure client's business needs are met and/or exceeded.
  • Organize resources and responsibilities and/or projects to complete work and/or meet deadlines according to established departmental procedures.
General Responsibilities
  • Perform lead role in account team.
  • Mentor account managers.
  • Manage projects.
  • Make decisions on variety of tasks frequently requiring discretion, judgment, and initiative, directed by general procedures or standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of CDS Global and its clients' proprietary information.
  • Work extended hours as business needs dictate.
  • Interact in professional and cooperative manner with all levels of clients, employees, and/or vendors in team environment.
  • Follow all CDS Global ergonomic and safety policies.
  • Travel when required or requested.
  • Attend meetings as required or requested.
  • Continually learn and apply new information in dynamic, fast-paced technical environment.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assume additional responsibilities as requested (or required).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field. Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for the minimum education requirement.
  • Three or more years in Account Management or other related CDS Global industry experience.
  • Demonstrated effective leadership skills.
  • Advanced PC knowledge and skills to use electronic mail and Internet for research. Develops and edits Microsoft Excel or Word documents (or related software). Creates, edits, and presents presentations.
  • Advanced verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Advanced math skills.
  • Experience advising and providing consultation to others on complex matters requiring application of financial, technical, and management principles.
  • Experience with clients in all areas of fulfillment business provided by CDS Global.
  • Experience with client(s) fulfillment conversions and start-ups.
  • Access to transportation requiring a valid driver's license, proof of safe driving record, and active insurance.
