The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, allowing them to coordinate top-notch service for our financial advisors and our clients.


Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Building solid relationships with clients
  • Preparing meeting materials and agendas
  • Executing post-client meeting action items
  • Providing ongoing monitoring of activity in client accounts
  • Resolving customer inquiries in a professional, timely manner
  • Initiating action items in response to customer requests; tracking and ensuring complete resolution of the requested action
  • Collaborating with teammates and participating in team meetings and projects

Requirements:


Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree, certification, or equivalent work experience
  • 0-2+ years in the financial industry
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Ability to gather and analyze client data
  • Ability to identify, meet, and follow through with team tasks and client needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently & accurately
  • Self-starter, problem solver, goal oriented and a team player
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship building skills required
  • Financial services licensing is not required

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing or sitting for extended periods of time in an office environment
  • Working on a computer for extended periods of time
  • Lifting up to 15 pounds
