Your Responsibilities

In the role of Account Manager, you will play a crucial part in expanding and nurturing our partnerships with school districts in your designated area. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • District Relationship Management: Build and sustain strategic relationships with key stakeholders within K-12 districts, serving as the main contact for all account-related inquiries.
  • Engagement and Trust: Deliver exceptional customer experiences to foster trust and facilitate renewals and expansions.
  • Strategic Conversations: Lead discussions throughout the year to ensure renewals are a natural outcome of demonstrated value.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and address any challenges that may affect the district's strategic objectives.
Strategic Planning and Collaboration:

As the chief strategist for district partnerships, you will:

  • Develop strategic account plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet enrollment and engagement goals.
  • Negotiate favorable renewal terms for both the district and Hazel Health.
  • Conduct internal market reviews to inform growth strategies.
Performance Metrics:

You will regularly assess account health, utilizing metrics to strengthen relationships and drive utilization:

  • Evaluate customer satisfaction and impact, using insights to enhance district relationships.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to maintain effective reporting.
Knowledge of Products and Services:

Stay updated on our offerings to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience in account management or sales, particularly within the K-12 education sector.
  • Proficiency in data interpretation and CRM tools.
