In the role of Account Manager, you will play a crucial part in expanding and nurturing our partnerships with school districts in your designated area. Your key responsibilities will include:
- District Relationship Management: Build and sustain strategic relationships with key stakeholders within K-12 districts, serving as the main contact for all account-related inquiries.
- Engagement and Trust: Deliver exceptional customer experiences to foster trust and facilitate renewals and expansions.
- Strategic Conversations: Lead discussions throughout the year to ensure renewals are a natural outcome of demonstrated value.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and address any challenges that may affect the district's strategic objectives.
As the chief strategist for district partnerships, you will:
- Develop strategic account plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet enrollment and engagement goals.
- Negotiate favorable renewal terms for both the district and Hazel Health.
- Conduct internal market reviews to inform growth strategies.
You will regularly assess account health, utilizing metrics to strengthen relationships and drive utilization:
- Evaluate customer satisfaction and impact, using insights to enhance district relationships.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to maintain effective reporting.
Stay updated on our offerings to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Experience in account management or sales, particularly within the K-12 education sector.
- Proficiency in data interpretation and CRM tools.
