The Client Relationship Banker plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service by presenting a variety of financial products and services while managing transactions effectively.

  • Promote financial products/services tailored to customer requirements
  • Guide clients to additional departments within the Bank and Insurance Division

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in banking is advantageous
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to understand and address customer needs
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Familiarity with various computer software applications

Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree in finance or business-related fields.

Professional Experience: At least two years of experience in banking, customer service, or retail settings.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 7:45 AM to 5:15 PM, Friday from 7:45 AM to 5:45 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts from 8:30 AM to 12:15 PM.

Pre-employment background checks are mandatory.
