The Client Relationship Executive plays a pivotal role in managing the sales and marketing initiatives for PMA Financial Network's products and services. This position entails regular travel to engage with governmental clients and foster new business relationships.
Primary Duties- Establish and nurture robust client connections by securing new accounts and enhancing existing ones.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet annual objectives and performance metrics.
- Conduct frequent interactions with clients, both face-to-face and through virtual platforms.
- Represent PMA at various industry gatherings and conferences to showcase our services.
- Identify and pursue fresh business prospects and collaborative ventures.
- Efficiently manage the sales pipeline utilizing Microsoft Dynamics.
- Stay informed on industry standards and continuously improve professional expertise.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure adherence to company policies.
- Participate in necessary training sessions and meetings.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by management.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Four to ten years of pertinent experience.
- Experience in the financial sector or public service is preferred.
- Interpersonal Skills: Proven commitment to client satisfaction and proactive engagement.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English.
Licenses and Certifications
Regulatory Licenses: SIE, Series 7, 66, and 50 or acquisition within one year of employment.
