Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrator with CDL to join our team at Fleet Jobs. As a key member of our transportation operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance records, dispatching drivers, and performing administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of drivers' qualifications, hours of service, equipment maintenance, and ELD requirements.
  • Dispatching: Assist in the dispatching of drivers for client deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the transportation team, including preparing payroll records, mileage reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Communication: Maintain daily communication with drivers, dispatch services, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Special Projects: Assist the Manager with special projects and complete special assignments as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role with responsibility for maintaining regulatory compliance records.
  • Skills: Strong skills in Excel, Word, and email communication; experience with transportation software data entry and dispatching preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: CDL and DOT certification preferred.
