About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Merchant Support Representative to join our team at Koalafi. As a key member of our merchant network, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our growing list of retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from retailers to assist with lease or loan application processing.
  • Own and maintain in-depth knowledge of Koalafi's operations to provide accurate and timely information to our merchant retail partners.
  • Conduct back-office administration and processing, such as funding and report generation, to ensure a high-quality merchant experience.
  • Ensure merchant confidence in Koalafi by providing excellent customer service throughout the financing experience.
  • Foster ongoing relationship management with stores and make outbound calls to merchants as needed.
Requirements
  • Proactive, trustworthy, analytical, and accountable individual.
  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word).
  • Ability to work independently, unsupervised, and efficiently.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
  • Plus: Bilingual in Spanish.
