Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound calls from retailers to assist with lease or loan application processing.
- Own and maintain in-depth knowledge of Koalafi's operations to provide accurate and timely information to our merchant retail partners.
- Conduct back-office administration and processing, such as funding and report generation, to ensure a high-quality merchant experience.
- Ensure merchant confidence in Koalafi by providing excellent customer service throughout the financing experience.
- Foster ongoing relationship management with stores and make outbound calls to merchants as needed.
- Proactive, trustworthy, analytical, and accountable individual.
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word).
- Ability to work independently, unsupervised, and efficiently.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
- Plus: Bilingual in Spanish.
