Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Cardiac Stepdown RN for a travel nursing opportunity in a reputable hospital in Glens Falls, New York.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a team of experienced healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cardiac Stepdown and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Unit Details

The unit consists of mainly tele/cardiac patients with a RN to patient ratio of 4:1. The patient population is adult-geriatric, and the dress code is any color scrubs. The unit is a remote tele unit, and the candidate must be able to follow and comfortably interpret, measure, and document cardiac rhythms 2x/shift.

Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in Cardiac Stepdown
  • Strong proficiency and experience working on Cardiac/Tele, Med-Tele Units
  • Previous travel experience is strongly encouraged
  • Must have telemetry experience
  • Must be able to comfortably follow the Department expectations to interpret, measure, and document cardiac rhythms 2x/shift
