Job Title: Cardiac Stepdown Nurse

Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Cardiac Stepdown Nurse for a travel nursing opportunity in Glens Falls, New York.

Job Description:
  • Specialty: Cardiac Stepdown
  • Discipline: Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Shift: 12 hours
  • Hours per week: 36
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • Start Date: September 26, 2024

This is a travel nursing opportunity that requires the candidate to have experience working on Cardiac/Tele, Med-Tele Units. The ideal candidate will be comfortable and proficient in interpreting, measuring, and documenting cardiac rhythms 2x/shift. Previous travel experience is strongly encouraged, and the candidate must have their own vehicle.

Requirements:
  • 3 years experience required
  • Strong proficiency and experience working on Cardiac/Tele, Med-Tele Units
  • Must be able to comfortably follow the Department expectations to interpret, measure, and document cardiac rhythms 2x/shift
  • Neuro/stroke experience encouraged
  • Must have telemetry experience
