Travel Nurse RN

Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team in a Cardiac Stepdown position at a reputable healthcare facility in Glens Falls, New York.
Job Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a Cardiac Stepdown unit, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for patients with cardiac conditions, including telemetry monitoring and medication management.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying potential complications and taking proactive measures to prevent them.
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Cardiac Stepdown or similar unit.
- Strong proficiency in telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
- New York State RN license in good standing.
