Territory Account Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Account Manager to join our team at EquipmentShare. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests
- Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications
- Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience within commercial sales of either Power Generation, HVAC, Compressed Air, and/or Pumps
- Ability to sell complex products and solutions
- Communicates effectively and professionally
- Ability to understand market conditions and negotiate price with customers
- Familiarity with the phases of various commercial construction projects
- Familiarity with industrial settings and various processes supported by rental Power, Generators, Compressed Air, HVAC, and/or Pumps
- High level of product knowledge pertaining to rental Power, Compressed Air, HVAC, and Pumps
- Excellent communication skills and an attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
