About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director of Product Marketing to lead our newly created product marketing function and build out our capabilities and team.

This role will be responsible for creating the vision and strategy for the team, driving the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and messaging for our retail trading market, competitive landscape, and the needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate is well-versed in interpreting a company's mission and priorities into a strategic and tactical Product Marketing plan, successfully creating and conveying a distinct plan and goals to both your teams, cross-functional partners and executive leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, Train, Develop and Mentor a High-Performing Product Marketing Team
  • Develop and Execute Comprehensive Go-to-Market Strategies for New Product Launches and Feature Updates
  • Establish a Methodology for Creating Compelling Product Positioning, Messaging, and Value Propositions
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to Ensure Alignment and Drive Successful Product Launches
  • Conduct Market Research and Competitive Analysis to Identify Market Trends, Customer Needs, and Opportunities for Growth
  • Develop and Maintain a Deep Understanding of Our Products, Customers, and Market Dynamics
  • Drive Customer Engagement and Adoption through Targeted Marketing Campaigns and Initiatives
  • Measure and Analyze the Effectiveness of Product Marketing Efforts, and Continuously Optimize Strategies Based on Data-Driven Insights
Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Product Marketing Experience; Consumer-Facing Product Marketing Experience Required
  • Extensive Experience Leading Product Marketing Teams within Consumer Technology or FinTech Companies
  • Experience with Scaling a Team and Building Efficient Processes from Scratch
  • Experience Partnering with Stakeholders in Driving Business Decision-Making and Product Road Mapping
