As a Service Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the automotive sector, utilizing cutting-edge diagnostic technology within a modern facility. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, your primary responsibilities will include managing customer vehicles for service, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction, and enhancing departmental profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage service orders and the flow of the Drive Lane, ensuring prompt and courteous service for customers.
  • Take ownership of the customer experience by executing additional tasks that create a positive impression.
  • Provide comprehensive support for all customer inquiries, whether via phone or in person, to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Efficiently allocate work among technicians.
  • Address technical inquiries regarding vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Maintain Customer Happiness scores in line with company standards.
  • Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and ordering necessary parts and tools.
