Position Available: Sales and Service Advisor
The Sales and Service Advisor plays a crucial role as the primary contact for clients, guiding them through the repair and maintenance journey. This position is vital in fostering strong relationships with clients while ensuring they receive top-notch service.
Compensation: $60,000/Yr. - $80,000/Yr. based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers professionally and courteously, both in-person and over the phone, utilizing standardized customer service techniques.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and refer to service history to accurately assess service needs.
- Recommend services based on expertise, clearly communicating any additional suggestions from the Automotive Technician to empower informed customer decisions.
- Promote the sale of relevant services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
- Provide customers with precise quotes detailing costs and timelines for approved services, keeping them updated throughout the service process.
- Follow established procedures for processing customer transactions, including reviewing completed inspections and explaining applicable warranties.
- Conduct follow-up calls post-service to ensure customer satisfaction and address any declined services.
- Track returns, core returns, and warranty parts for individual customers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
The Sales and Service Advisor is expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook, demonstrating behaviors that align with the Company's Standards and Expectations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Professional appearance and ability to thrive in a process-driven environment.
- Must possess a valid driver's license or obtain one within 30 days of hire.
- Availability to work a minimum of five days, Monday through Friday.
