Key Responsibilities

The Light Duty Automotive Technician will play a vital role in our Express Service team, executing inspections, maintenance, and basic repairs on all Mercedes-Benz vehicles. We seek individuals who are meticulous, technically adept, and passionate about providing top-notch automotive services.

  • Execute light duty services, including oil changes, maintenance services, fluid flushes, filter replacements, brake repairs, suspension repairs, oil leak repairs, tire repairs/replacements, and more.
  • Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections to ensure optimal functioning and safety.
  • Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to guarantee peak performance.
  • Maintain efficiency and precision while conducting repairs to meet customer satisfaction and quality benchmarks.
  • Utilize a checklist to systematically assess critical vehicle components, including hoses, belts, plugs, fuel systems, brakes, and other essential parts.
Qualifications
  • Experience with Mercedes-Benz vehicles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
  • Prior automotive experience or a degree from a technical institution is advantageous but not essential.
  • Possession of personal tools is required (special tools and toolbox will be supplied by the dealership).
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and maintain a clean driving record.
