Key Responsibilities
- Manage service orders and oversee the flow of the Drive Lane, ensuring prompt and courteous service for customers.
- Take ownership of the customer experience, executing additional tasks that foster a positive impression of the dealership.
- Provide concierge-level support for all customer inquiries, whether via phone or in person, to ensure seamless service.
- Efficiently allocate work among technicians.
- Address technical inquiries regarding vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Maintain Customer Happiness scores in line with company standards.
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and order necessary parts and tools.
