Position Overview:

The Automotive Service Center Manager plays a crucial role in steering the overall performance of the store, focusing on both financial and operational aspects. This position involves fostering excellent customer relations, overseeing daily operations, and driving sales and profitability through effective expense management, human resource oversight, and operational efficiency.

Compensation: $70,000/Yr. to $100,000/Yr.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Ensures that every customer receives outstanding service by maintaining store standards, demonstrating solid product knowledge, conducting follow-ups, and meeting time commitments. Effectively addresses escalated customer concerns.

Team Leadership:

  • Sets clear expectations and communicates regularly with team members regarding their roles, objectives, training, and development, while holding the management team accountable for their responsibilities and goals through coaching and guidance.
  • Ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures through regular team meetings and store audits.
  • Conducts periodic performance evaluations for all staff members.

Financial Management:

  • Analyzes business trends and formulates strategies to maximize sales, aiming to meet or exceed established sales and profit targets.
  • Manages customer transactions through the POS system.
  • Handles incoming phone inquiries.
  • Oversees inventory management.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in sales management within an automotive repair environment or equivalent business experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and developing team members through effective communication and strategic business development.
  • Proven ability to create and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals.
  • Track record of consistently meeting and surpassing sales and profit objectives.
  • Prior experience as an Automotive Technician or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license or obtain one within 30 days of employment.
  • Availability to work a minimum of five days per week, Monday through Friday.
