Role Overview:
This position is centered around DevOps practices and requires a strong operational focus. The Senior Technical Analyst will utilize DevOps methodologies and tools to analyze and produce consistent solution design artifacts that facilitate ongoing solution delivery by domain DevOps and operations teams. This role supports various systems and business domains, crafting comprehensive solutions of moderate to high complexity.

Key Responsibilities:
Solution Analysis and Design:

  • Define technical roadmaps in collaboration with architecture and leadership, taking ownership of functional scope analysis and detailed solution design for assigned projects.
  • Engage with IT teams for alignment and impact analysis, proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies before they escalate.
  • Maintain communication with partners, management, and project managers regarding team activities and work-plan status.
Project Leadership:
  • Communicate project risks and status updates to team leads, project managers, and leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing project efficiency, speed, and quality, providing recommendations to team leaders.
  • Facilitate sessions to gather and document requirements, including the creation of user stories.
  • Translate business requests into technical user stories, system diagrams, and detailed design documents.
  • Assist in developing design specifications and deliverables that support system functions and enhancements.
Solution Planning:
  • Lead the analysis and translation of business, information, and technical requirements to develop IT solutions that align with business needs for projects of moderate complexity.
  • Collaborate with business and IT partner teams to create business capability and technology roadmaps, providing insights on potential process and system solution options.
Leadership:
  • Act as a mentor to peers and oversee contractors in their daily activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 4-7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in modern software development, integration, and delivery practices using DevOps and Agile methodologies.
  • Expertise in Java, Springboot, GIT Lab, Kubernetes, MS Visual Studio, Cloud Integration, Microservices architecture, CICD pipeline, and Kafka processes.
  • Experience with application monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, and Grafana is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, SCRUM, and integration practices.
  • Strong mentoring skills.

Additional Information:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $87,700 - $158,100
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
