Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled NetSuite Manager to become a vital part of our organization. This position will be essential in configuring, maintaining, and enhancing our NetSuite ERP system. You will collaborate closely with end-users and stakeholders to identify business requirements and deliver effective solutions, ensuring the system aligns with our strategic objectives. As the primary expert for NetSuite within the organization, you will also be tasked with keeping abreast of new NetSuite functionalities and suggesting enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with end users to identify business requirements and provide solutions to challenges.


• Oversee the implementation process for ERP and CRM system integrations.


• Create and maintain custom application extensions utilizing system APIs and third-party tools.


• Develop, document, and adhere to formal policies, procedures, and protocols for modifications, customizations, standards, and usage.


• Design and maintain saved searches, reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and dashboards.


• Execute comprehensive NetSuite ERP and CRM implementations, employing a structured implementation methodology.


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines; outline implementation goals, issues, findings, and recommendations.


• Communicate client requirements to technical developers for potential customizations.


• Cleanse and import client data while documenting deliverables and completed tasks.


• Train team members on various aspects of implementation and delegate tasks based on availability and expertise.


• Serve as the lead and subject matter expert for specific areas of NetSuite, offering in-depth product knowledge or industry expertise.


• Participate in pre-sales activities such as conducting discovery sessions, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions to prospective clients.

Qualifications:


• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.


• At least 5 years of experience in NetSuite implementations, including managing upgrades and integrations across complex organizational structures.


• Expertise in scripting for NetSuite and middleware solutions like Dell Boomi or similar platforms is required.


• Proficient in NetSuite ERP, with comprehensive knowledge of configurations, customizations, and workflows.


• Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics.


• Skilled in NetSuite integrations via web services (SOAP/REST), ODBC, middleware solutions (e.g., Dell Boomi, Celigo), and other APIs.


• Relevant industry experience in automotive/tire distribution, wholesale distribution, manufacturing, or similar sectors.


• Strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a proven track record of successful team collaboration in managing and delivering complex ERP projects.
