The role involves occasional travel to client locations and the company’s Canadian office, along with some after-hours and weekend commitments as necessary.

As an ERP Solutions Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include offering expert consulting services related to the configuration, training, ongoing support, and management of ERP software implementation projects, particularly within the food industry.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Engage with clients to identify and define solutions that align with their operational needs.
  • Design, configure, and implement customized ERP solutions.
  • Provide comprehensive training on the utilization of the software.
  • Assist in developing business cases for the deployment of ERP solutions.
  • Document processes and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Offer technical guidance and support to clients regarding their software needs.
  • Travel across North America and occasionally internationally as required.
  • Deliver on-call and help desk support for clients.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned and support other departments such as sales and administration.


QUALIFICATIONS:


Candidates should possess a University Degree or College diploma in Business, Finance, Management Information Systems, Food Science, Computer Science, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience. A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required.

Experience in the food production sector and familiarity with ERP software, project implementations, and project management is essential. Candidates should also have experience in training and documentation related to ERP processes.

Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is required, while knowledge of German is a plus. The ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders is crucial.

Additionally, candidates should have a basic understanding of databases and file structures, possess strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, and ideally reside in or near Charlotte, North Carolina.
