Position: ERP Managed Services Manager at BDO Digital

At BDO Digital, we are looking for an ERP Managed Services Manager to play a pivotal role within our Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) division. This position is crucial for fostering relationships with our clients and ensuring the seamless delivery of services in ERP, CRM, HCM, and other related business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver both functional and technical assistance for EBA solutions
  • Enhance the efficiency and standardization of service delivery
  • Oversee internal and client-related risks
  • Lead the Managed Services team
  • Balance client workloads on a global scale
  • Elevate service quality and identify innovative processes/tools
  • Ensure client satisfaction and manage any escalations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve incidents
  • Assist in defining requirements and developing new solutions
  • Document processes and business applications thoroughly
  • Spot improvement opportunities and critical requirements
  • Engage in consulting, proposing business solutions, and gathering requirements
  • Support program and project management initiatives
  • Monitor project developments and provide user support and training
  • Foster team development, positivity, and a client-focused service
  • Travel may be required (up to 10%)
  • Perform additional duties as necessary

Supervisory Duties:

  • Oversee functional and technical leads
  • Mentor and develop consulting staff
  • Act as a Career Advisor

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of ERP experience; OR
  • High School Diploma/GED with at least 7 years of ERP experience

Experience:

  • Over 6 years of experience in business process analysis or technical/functional ERP
  • At least 4 years of experience in ERP/CRM product support
  • Preferred experience in client-facing consulting roles

Certifications:

  • Preferred certifications in business applications technology

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
  • Experience with ERP/CRM/HCM solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP, etc.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
  • Preferred experience in enterprise software implementation
