Service Desk Associate

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Service Desk Associate to join our team.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has strong technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service delivery.
- Analyze and report on customer feedback and suggestions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a service desk or helpdesk role.
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work with diverse customers.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Competitive hourly rate of $15.00.
