Job Description: Service Desk Associate

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Service Desk Associate to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has strong technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service delivery.
  • Analyze and report on customer feedback and suggestions.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a service desk or helpdesk role.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work with diverse customers.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
