Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Staff Supervisor to join our team at Providence RN. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the clinical support staff and workflows within our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the care provided by clinical support staff and initiate efforts to improve quality and skill levels.
  • Lead clinical staff to ensure efficient, safe, and timely patient care services.
  • Ensure compliance with established clinic policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • 3 years direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
  • 1 year in a supervisory position, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
  • Clinical experience in triage principles of patient assessment.
  • Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel.
