Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at North Light Color. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our commercial customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field incoming and make outgoing calls to and from commercial customers to assist with supply orders, advise on sales, promotions, and new product releases.
- Provide consultation to understand customer challenges and present solutions to resolve their challenges, positioning North Light Color as their vendor of choice.
- Perform data entry of required customer information into our company system to create and maintain an ongoing sales database.
Requirements:
- Previous telemarketing, customer service, or related phone work experience preferred, but we will train the right individual.
- Good sales skills, particularly with strong upselling and closing abilities.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Willingness and ability to learn.
- High energy personality and a fun and positive attitude.
- Passion for technology.

About North Light Color:
We are a leading supplier in the wide-format/large-format/grand-format digital printing industry, offering an array of top manufacturers' printers, cutters, laminators, welders, and other equipment to the print and sign industry. We also have the largest offering of printable media products and supplies from all of the industry's best vendors. Our demo floor is a production facility in which we offer overflow and out-of-capacity printing services to our customers. We are proud to have trained, certified technicians who have been helping keep our customers' printers and equipment up and running for over 15 years now.
