Key Responsibilities:

  • Field incoming and make outgoing calls to and from commercial customers to assist with supply orders, sales, promotions, and new product releases.

  • Perform data entry of customer information into our company system to create and maintain an ongoing sales database.

Requirements:

  • Previous telemarketing, customer service, or related phone work experience preferred, but we will train the right individual.
  • Strong sales skills, particularly with upselling and closing abilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
