Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Summer Program Assistant Educators. This role is essential in supporting our educational initiatives and ensuring a positive experience for our students.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing materials for various activities and help in setting up and cleaning up after events.
  • Supervise and engage with students from kindergarten through fifth grade, fostering a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate daily attendance records, adhering to established protocols for student count verification.
  • Support lead instructors in delivering high-quality educational experiences.
  • Be open to additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisory staff.

Qualifications:

Preferred candidates will possess an Associate's Degree along with nine months of experience working with school-aged children, although this is not a strict requirement. Alternatively, candidates with six months of relevant experience or those pursuing a degree in a related field will also be considered.

Professional Development:

All staff members are required to maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications.
