Nursing Education Partnership Program

Mercy's Nursing Education Partnership Program is a collaborative effort between Mercy and local nursing education institutions to provide students with a comprehensive and supportive learning environment.

Program Overview

The program is designed to provide students with various opportunities to grow professionally, receive financial assistance, and experience a smoother transition to practice post-graduation.

Eligibility
  • Enrolled in Nursing pre-reqs or the Nursing program itself
  • Previous transcripts and a letter of recommendation required

Work Requirements

Participants are required to work at least 16 hours per pay period in a Patient Care Associate, Nurse Technician, or similar role.

Contractual Obligation

A contract will need to be signed stating that participants will remain at the Mercy facility they have chosen for 1-3 years after graduation.
