Role Overview

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Business Development professional. The Sales Business Development professional will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service. The role will be based in Brookline, MA while offering some flexibility for remote work.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and goal-oriented in meeting their own deadlines with little to no supervision. They will work closely with healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, social workers, and discharge coordinators, as well as family members, attorneys, and paralegals.

Part of the work will be done in an office setting, but between 75-85% of meetings will take place offsite, either in a home, hospital, or long-term care environment. Therefore, a reliable vehicle and current driver's license are necessary.

The Sales Business Development professional will have an assigned selling territory and will be required to respond to all inquiries within this territory. Initial contact is generally made by phone, but there are some that prefer written communication or in-person meetings.
