Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at Trinity Health, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and customers. This position requires a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and professional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process and verify patient and prescription information for Home Medical Equipment referrals.
  • Communicate delivery and pickup arrangements, as well as financial responsibility, to customers.
  • Enter patient information and order details into the Brightree system.
  • Assist with general office duties and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or office work preferred.
  • Background in home medical equipment or related medical/health field preferred.
  • Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
