Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at Trinity Health, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our rehabilitation department. You will work closely with our therapy staff to assist with routine patient care activities, ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist therapy staff with patient care activities, including transferring, toileting, and management of medical equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous patient care experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
