Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our insurance division, you will be responsible for managing complex commercial lines accounts, providing exceptional client service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Policy Administration: Process renewals, endorsements, certificates, and claims with precision and efficiency, ensuring seamless policy administration.
  • Risk Assessment: Analyze and assess clients' insurance needs, recommending appropriate coverage options to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters, producers, and other team members to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a focus on middle to large market accounts.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with Epic or other Agency Management software is highly desired.
  • Licensing: Current Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
