About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support the Chamber's President and CEO in her engagements with leaders across the global business community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop compelling talking points and comprehensive briefing materials in partnership with the Chamber's Member Relations and Communications teams.
  • Proactively connect the dots between headlines, industry impact, and the Chamber's work to drive long-term strategy for the CEO's engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Assist in crafting and editing written correspondence, including memos and letters to and from the CEO.
  • Participate in high-level meetings with Chamber executives, taking concise meeting notes and identifying action items for key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in communications or executive support, with experience working in a legislative or executive office highly preferred.
  • Significant experience staffing senior executives and excellent presentation skills.
  • Broad-based knowledge of current events and major public policies.
  • Team player with the ability to get along with different personalities and management styles.
  • Curious, self-motivated individual who is eager to learn.
  • Strong writing, copy-editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with self-ownership of work.
  • Experience using a CRM, particularly Salesforce, a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, notably Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,744.00 to $107,000.00, depending on qualifications and experience. Our full-time employees are eligible for benefits, including health care, vision, dental, retirement, and paid leave.
