Job Title: Member Engagement Director

PACE is seeking a highly skilled Member Engagement Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for curating our members' experience with PACE.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deepen and expand interactions between PACE and its members
  • Manage, strengthen, and extend member benefits, services, and supports
  • Work with members one-on-one to understand their goals and objectives within PACE
  • Design and execute membership-wide events, including meetings, webinars, conference calls, working groups, and other relationship and network-building activities
  • Serve as a point of contact for members and keep apprised of their interests, activities, challenges, and work
  • Identify new mechanisms/avenues to support members' efforts
  • Oversee and manage the onboarding and orientation process for new members
  • Maximize participation in and satisfaction with PACE programs, events, and activities
  • Use individual member plans to outreach and engage members
  • Identify prospective members, attendees, and partners
  • Serve as a hub for the PACE team by ensuring alignment/cohesion between various streams of programmatic and member-serving work
Requirements:
  • Strong commitment to vision, mission, and values of PACE
  • Experience creating and managing programming for a philanthropic audience and keen understanding of the principles and practices of civic engagement
  • Self-starter with significant initiative, intuition, autonomy, and drive
  • Personable, relatable, and relationship-oriented
  • Thoughtful and insightful
  • Flexible and dynamic
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to produce consistently high-quality work
  • Ability and willingness to travel and work occasional nights/weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working with networks or membership organizations
  • Working in small, virtual teams that span time zones
  • Identifying new revenue opportunities and/or business models
  • Managing budgets and forecasting revenues
  • Integrating an 'equity lens' into organizational culture and practice
