Job Title: Service Manager

Thompson Safety, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for the management and development of operations, sales, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of service representatives to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality work.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and grow the service department.
  • Oversee the budget and financial performance of the service department, ensuring adherence to established parameters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, management, and other service and sales personnel.
  • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to grow the business within the industry marketplace.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in the B2B Facility Services or Distribution industry.
  • 1+ year of supervisory or management experience.
  • Strong marketing and sales strategy development experience.
  • Ability to set and meet aggressive commitments to achieve business objectives.
  • Ability to manage and lead staff to excellent performance.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and talking on the phone.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and travel when needed.
