About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Service Center Manager to join our team at VIOCF. As a key member of our service center operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and the achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Leadership: Provide guidance and support to service center staff to ensure that customers receive a positive and memorable experience.
  • Service Center Operations: Assist the Service Center Manager in the daily operation and oversight of the service center, including inventory management, labor management, and financial performance.
  • Team Development: Mentor, lead, and train team members to optimize their development and improve service center performance.
  • Facility Management: Ensure that the service center is maintained in a clean, well-organized, and safe condition.
  • Compliance: Familiarize yourself with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) compliance and other policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Six months of supervisory experience or related experience/training preferred.
  • Skills: Effective interpersonal, oral communication skills, ability to perform mathematical calculations, knowledge of cash handling, facility, and safety control policies and practices.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
