About the Role:

Victoria Legal Aid is seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team in the Ovens Murray region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our Wodonga office, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, including organizing administrative tasks, handling correspondence, and overseeing client management systems.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to our legal professionals, including preparing documents, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
  • Manage office finances, including handling petty cash, processing payments, reconciling accounts, and budgeting.
  • Develop and implement effective systems and processes to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, legal professionals, and other stakeholders.
