Job Summary

The Benefits Specialist will play a crucial role in assisting with HRIS implementations and system improvements at Prime Healthcare Management Inc. This position requires a strong understanding of benefit administration and the ability to ensure timely and accurate completion of certain benefit transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with HRIS implementations and system improvements
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of certain benefit transactions
  • Serve as point of contact to local benefit coordinators
  • Liaise between the Corporate Benefits Manager, local benefit coordinators, TPAs, and the IT benefits team

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or at least 3 years experience in benefit administration
  • Previous experience coordinating employee benefits, e.g. health, dental, vision coverage, Evidence of Insurability (EOI) processing
  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Out of state travel required

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience with HRIS/Lawson
