**Job Description:**

As a Senior Administrative Coordinator, you will perform general administrative responsibilities including preparation of reports using various software packages, compilation of information from various sources, and handling small-scale projects. You will also handle general office duties such as word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings, and other duties as assigned.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree or International degree - Preferred
  • 2+ years' office warehouse support experience - Preferred
  • Strong analytical, oral/written communication, problem-solving, basic research, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
