BlueHalo is seeking a Modeling and Simulation Analyst to contribute to the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) initiative. Join our dedicated team in enhancing the Department of Defense's navigation warfare (NAVWAR) objectives, ensuring superiority in positioning, navigation, and timing. Our goal is to equip combatant commanders and joint force leaders with expert insights on planning and executing NAVWAR by providing comprehensive knowledge of both friendly and adversarial NAVWAR capabilities and PNT-related achievements and challenges.

In the role of a Modeling and Simulation Analyst, you will engage with simulations to perform technical evaluations and assessments, formulate recommendations, and oversee system integration labs, facilities, and analytical tools. Your responsibilities will include supporting M&S activities for analyses, exercises, war-games, and experiments orchestrated by the Government, offering instruction, oversight, and guidance on the operation and application of simulation models. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in live, constructive, or virtual training support and will be responsible for developing simulations and data for technical evaluations and assessments. You will leverage RF modeling and simulation software to adjust antenna and power models to visualize GPS denial in potentially impacted regions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics/Physics, Modeling & Simulation, or a related discipline.
  • Proven expertise with some or all of the following: GIANT, GIANT RPM, Builder, Systems Toolkit (STK), or other modeling and simulation software.
  • 7+ years of pertinent experience in modeling and simulation.
  • Must hold an active DoD SECRET clearance with the capability to obtain and maintain an active DoD TOP SECRET/SCI clearance.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Apprentice Certified Modeling & Simulation Professional (CMSP) or equivalent certification.
