Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Antenna Design Engineer to join our team at CyberCoders. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing antennas, RF subsystems, and other related components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Develop antennas, RF subsystems, components, and associated design and test methods.
  • Analysis and Simulation: Perform antenna design simulations using HFSS, COMSOL, Optistudio, and other simulation tools.
  • Model Development: Develop models and algorithms for antenna design using Python, Matlab, or other languages.
  • Prototype Development: Develop prototype designs and perform laboratory measurements to validate antenna performance.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot existing antenna designs and make appropriate corrective actions.
  • Compliance: Follow all applicable DoD policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in antenna design and analysis.
  • Expertise: Expertise in developing simulation models and troubleshooting antenna designs.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with DoD policies and procedures.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Python, Matlab, HFSS, COMSOL, Optistudio, and other simulation tools.
