In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the Department of Defense's navigation warfare (NAVWAR) capabilities, ensuring superiority in positioning, navigation, and timing. Your expertise will aid combatant commanders and joint force leaders in planning and executing NAVWAR strategies by providing insights into both friendly and adversarial NAVWAR dynamics, as well as PNT-related challenges and achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Modeling and Simulation Analyst, your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting technical analyses and assessments through simulation tools.
  • Providing recommendations based on simulation outcomes.
  • Maintaining system integration labs and analysis tools.
  • Supporting modeling and simulation activities for various government-led analyses, exercises, and experiments.
  • Delivering instruction and guidance on the operation and application of simulation models.
  • Contributing to training support through live, constructive, or virtual simulations.
  • Utilizing RF modeling and simulation software to analyze GPS denial scenarios.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Modeling & Simulation, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in tools such as GIANT, GIANT RPM, Builder, Systems Toolkit (STK), or similar modeling and simulation software.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the field of modeling and simulation.
  • Active DoD SECRET clearance with the capability to obtain and maintain an active DoD TOP SECRET/SCI clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification as an Apprentice Certified Modeling & Simulation Professional (CMSP) or equivalent.
