Overview

Deliver outstanding service to GBS - Global's clients by engaging in branch initiatives and priorities, proactively overseeing accounts, offering support on more intricate accounts, and guiding team members.

Your Impact

  • Communicate available resources within GBS - Global to address unfulfilled needs (Pharmacy Practice, Retirement, GGB, HR Consulting, Voluntary Benefits, etc.)

  • Oversee the Client Service Cycle with necessary guidance from Client Executives and Senior Client Executives
  • Manage accounts with diverse funding types and provide assistance on more complex self-funded accounts
  • Maintain account responsibility while serving as a strategic relationship manager and client liaison
  • Ensure a 95% retention rate for an assigned group of clients
  • Offer guidance, training, and mentorship to new hires, account management, team resources, and anyone requiring assistance

  • Collaborate closely with account management and resources to prioritize workflow, ensuring accountability and follow-through
  • Address and resolve internal and external challenges with appropriate guidance
  • Keep clients well-informed regarding compliance-related matters
  • Identify client needs, provide solutions while leading and managing strategic objectives for accounts, and assist with more complex accounts

  • Work with the account management team to ensure compliance with local and corporate standards
  • Develop, nurture, and sustain positive relationships within the branch, with clients, and with vendor partners
  • Utilize GBS - Global resources, available tools, and established work products to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in client deliverables

About You

Required:

A Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of client service and/or claims management experience -OR- a High School degree/GED with 10+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.

At least 1 year of supervisory experience. A Life & Health License is mandatory.

Preferred:
Previous experience in insurance and managing client relationships. Strong financial acumen.

Behaviors:
Proficient in leveraging technology to enhance productivity and quality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussions. Effectively manages and balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Works independently and proactively.
