As a Senior Client Relationship Executive in the Central Valley area, you will be instrumental in advancing Rabo AgriFinance's presence among farmers and producers in one of the most fruitful agricultural regions globally.

Your responsibilities will include acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships to fulfill their requirements while also achieving the strategic goals of the region.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
In your capacity as a Senior Client Relationship Executive, your success will hinge on cultivating meaningful connections with clients and prospects.

Possessing extensive knowledge in the dairy and tree nut sectors will enable you to enhance client relationships while supporting partners in the Central Valley.

Senior Client Relationship Executives are tasked with acquiring new clientele while also expanding or retaining current customers.

As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to mentor others in fulfilling customer needs.

It is anticipated that the Senior Client Relationship Executive will represent Rabo AgriFinance in the regional market while facilitating introductions to teammates to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an assigned portfolio with a focus on meeting customer needs while ensuring profitable returns.
- Represent Rabo AgriFinance at industry events and local agricultural exhibitions.
- Identify top farmers and producers in the Central Valley region to explore lending and cross-selling opportunities.
- Build relationships with industry professionals to develop centers of influence.

Your Qualifications:
To be eligible for the Vice President - Client Relationship Executive role, you must possess:
- A completed bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in lending or related services.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with both external and internal clients.
- A genuine passion for agriculture.
- A solid understanding of agriculture and lending practices.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in marketing and selling Rabo AgriFinance products.
- The capability to set objectives, manage priorities, and achieve goals with minimal supervision.

Compensation Overview:

Target Salary Range:
$125,000 - $150,000.00

This position is subject to the terms of RAF/Rabobank/RDS's compensation policies. The anticipated salary will align with the target range based on the primary work location and may be adjusted based on geographical considerations or other lawful reasons.
