Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a collaborative atmosphere with the Project Leadership Team, promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee multiple project teams, guiding their efforts, providing constructive feedback, and managing overall performance.
  • Ensure compliance with TETER's documentation standards and project management methodologies.
  • Define project scope, fees, budgets, and timelines during the proposal and contract phases.
  • Monitor project financials, manage scope changes, and address any discrepancies to keep projects within established parameters.
  • Plan, organize, and manage projects effectively while maintaining continuous communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture client relationships throughout the project duration, offering regular updates and addressing any critical issues.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and engage in marketing and business development efforts.
Qualifications
  • Level I: 3-5 years of experience in architectural project management; Level II: 5-8 years.
    • Experience in managing architectural or building design projects is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of technical training and relevant experience.
  • Preferred: Registered Architect in California or the ability to obtain licensure within a year of employment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project work plans, timelines, staffing, and financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, sustainability practices, and LEED standards.
  • Proficient in project management software, Microsoft Office, and basic REVIT and/or AutoCAD.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this position is $93,000-$133,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and other job-related factors.
