This position is crucial for the Central Valley region and will significantly contribute to addressing the substantial opportunities present in the dairy, tree nuts, and citrus markets.


Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Senior Client Relationship Executive, your success will stem from cultivating meaningful connections with clients and prospects.

Your extensive knowledge of the dairy and tree nut sectors will enable you to enhance client relationships while supporting partners in the Central Valley.

Senior Client Relationship Executives are tasked with attracting new clients while also expanding or retaining the current customer base.

As a senior member of the team, you will also be expected to mentor others in meeting customer needs.

It is anticipated that the Senior Client Relationship Executive will represent Rabo AgriFinance in the regional market while comfortably introducing team members to ensure a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an assigned portfolio focused on fulfilling customer needs with profitable returns as a priority.
  • Represent Rabo AgriFinance at industry tradeshows and local agricultural events.
  • Target leading farmers and producers in the Central Valley region to identify lending and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Network with industry professionals to establish Centers of Influence (COI) relationships.

Your Qualifications:
To be considered for the Vice President of Client Relations role, you must possess:
  • A completed bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in lending or related services.
  • The ability to effectively relate and communicate with both external and internal clients.
  • A strong passion for agriculture.
  • A solid understanding of agriculture and lending practices.
  • The capability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in communicating, marketing, and selling Rabo AgriFinance products.
  • The ability to set goals, manage priorities, and achieve objectives with minimal supervision.

Compensation Overview:
Target Hiring Range:
$125,000 - $150,000.00

This position is subject to the terms of RAF/Rabobank/RDS's compensation plans and policies. The anticipated salary range reflects the desired primary work location and may be adjusted based on geographical differentiation or other lawful reasons.
