This pivotal position is crucial for the Central Valley area, addressing significant opportunities within the dairy, tree nuts, and citrus sectors.


Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Client Relationship Executive, your success will hinge on your ability to forge meaningful connections with clients and prospects.

Possessing extensive knowledge of the dairy and tree nut markets will enable you to enhance client interactions and support partners in the Central Valley.

You will be tasked with acquiring new clientele while also expanding and retaining current accounts.

As a senior team member, you will mentor others to help meet customer needs.

It is expected that you will represent Rabo AgriFinance in the regional market, ensuring a positive experience for customers by introducing team members when necessary.
Job Duties:
  • Manage a designated portfolio with a focus on fulfilling customer needs while ensuring profitable returns.
  • Represent Rabo AgriFinance at industry trade shows and local agricultural events.
  • Identify top farmers and producers in the Central Valley region to explore lending and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Network with industry professionals to cultivate relationships that lead to new business opportunities.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Vice President of Client Relations role, candidates must possess:
  • A completed bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in lending or related services.
  • The ability to effectively communicate and relate to both external and internal clients.
  • A strong passion for the agricultural sector.
  • A solid understanding of agriculture and lending practices.
  • The capability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing and selling Rabo AgriFinance products.
  • Strong goal-setting, priority management, and objective achievement skills with minimal supervision.

Compensation:

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $125,000 and $150,000. This range reflects the primary physical work location and may be adjusted based on geographical differentiation or other lawful reasons.
