Lead for Cost Planning in PowerSports

Position Overview:
The Lead for Cost Planning in PowerSports & Products will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive cost strategies across both US and Global purchasing sectors, including factory manufacturing strategies to align with business objectives in the short, medium, and long term.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Unit Leadership: Oversee all assigned personnel to ensure growth and performance, maintain departmental output, support business initiatives, manage resources effectively, and communicate strategies and results to team members and management.
2. Cost Strategy Development: Collaborate with the research and planning unit to create detailed cost strategies prior to key events, ensuring alignment with business, technical, procurement, production, and sales strategies.
3. Cost Reduction Initiatives: Establish clear targets and actionable tactics on an annual basis to support ongoing cost reduction efforts in line with business plans.
4. Manufacturing Strategy Support: Assist in the planning of ATV/SxS component manufacturing strategies to ensure a competitive and sustainable business framework.

Candidate Profile:
Required Experience:
A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, ideally within the PowerSports or Automotive sectors.

Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Additional Position Factors:
- Hybrid work model (60% in-office).
- Travel requirement of 30%.
