Position Overview:
The Head of Cost Planning for PowerSports & Products will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive cost strategies for products across both US and Global purchasing sectors, integrating manufacturing strategies to align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Oversee all assigned personnel to ensure growth and performance, maintain departmental output, support business initiatives, manage resources effectively, and facilitate communication of strategies and results.
  • Cost Strategy Development: Collaborate with the research and planning unit to create detailed cost strategies ahead of critical events, ensuring alignment with business, technical, procurement, production, and sales strategies.
  • Cost Reduction Initiatives: Establish clear targets and tactics on an annual basis to support ongoing cost reduction efforts aligned with business objectives.
  • Manufacturing Strategy Support: Assist in the planning of ATV/SxS component manufacturing strategies in conjunction with cost planning to ensure a competitive and sustainable business model.

Candidate Profile:
Required Experience:
A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, ideally within the PowerSports or Automotive sectors.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

  • In-depth understanding of the PowerSports development process.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of departmental functions within the organization.
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, and process improvement capabilities.

Additional Information:

  • Hybrid work model (60% in-office).
  • Travel requirements of approximately 30%.
