Job Summary:The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant's daily operations, from staff management and customer service to financial performance and inventory control. You will play a vital role in creating a positive and productive work environment while delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Key Accountabilities: Staff Management and Culture Building- Recruit, train, and lead a team of dedicated restaurant staff, including assistant managers, kitchen managers, shift leaders, cooks, and front-of-house personnel.
- Cultivate a positive, inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork, respect, and a strong work ethic.
- Promote exceptional customer service and hospitality among all staff members.
- Encourage open communication and collaboration within the team.
